A. Subject to the authority of the secretary, the administrative and executive officer of the division and the museum is the "director" of the division. B. The secretary shall appoint the director with the approval of the governor from a list of qualified finalists provided by the board of trustees. C. The position of director shall require previous experience in museum administration. History: Laws 2009, ch. 33, § 6.
