The "historic landscape trust" is created. It is a public nonprofit corporation and shall be organized pursuant to the Nonprofit Corporation Act. History: Laws 2003, ch. 234, § 3. Effective dates. — Laws 2003, ch. 234, § 9 made Laws 2003, ch. 234, § 3 effective July 1, 2003.
