ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1983, ch. 117, § 6, repealed 17-3-3 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1964 (1st S.S.), ch. 17, § 3, relating to prohibited shipments and penalties therefor, effective April 1, 1983.
