The commission is authorized and directed to establish such regulations as it may deem necessary to carry out all the provisions and purposes of the Wildlife Conservation Act [17-2-33 to 17-2-36 NMSA 1978]. History: 1953 Comp., § 53-2-56, enacted by Laws 1974, ch. 83, § 7.
