The director of the state parks division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department may authorize vendors to sell state park passes, permits and other state park products in compliance with rules adopted by the secretary. A vendor authorized to sell park passes, permits or other state park products may retain a portion of the sale price. History: Laws 2005, ch. 174, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2005, ch. 174 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 17, 2005, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
