ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 234, § 84 repealed 16-2-17 NMSA 1978, as amended by Laws 1963, ch. 98, § 16, relating to use of emergency labor units, effective July 1, 1987. For present comparable provisions, see 16-2-19 NMSA 1978.
