ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 234, § 84 repealed 16-2-1 NMSA 1978, as amended by Laws 1977, ch. 254, § 11, relating to the state park and recreation division, effective July 1, 1987. For creation of state park and recreation division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department, see 9-5A-3 NMSA 1978.
