Chapter 15, Article 9 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "State Aircraft Act". History: Laws 1994, ch. 135, § 1; 1995, ch. 49, § 1. The 1995 amendment, effective June 16, 1995, substituted "Chapter 15, Article 9 NMSA 1978" for "This act".
