Sections 1 through 7 [15-5A-1 to 15-5A-7 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Arts and Cultural District Act". History: Laws 2007, ch. 160, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2007, ch. 160, § 17 made the Arts & Cultural District Act effective July 1, 2007.
