New Mexico Code § 15-33-5

4-33-6. Copies of certificate of election; publication; delivery

Immediately upon canvassing the results of the election held pursuant to Chapter 4,
Article 33 NMSA 1978, the board of county commissioners shall cause a certified copy
of its certificate of election to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in both
counties and shall cause a copy to be delivered to the department of finance and
administration, the taxation and revenue department and the county assessor of each
county affected.
