Repeals. — Laws 2001, ch. 319, § 23 repealed 15-3-20 and 15-3-21 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 360, § 2 and Laws 1972, ch. 74, § 1, relating to approval by staff architect and the short title, effective July 1, 2001.
