This act [14-9A-1 to 14-9A-7 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act". History: Laws 2007, ch. 261, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2007, ch. 261, § 8 made the Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act effective July 1, 2007.
