ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1993, ch. 258, § 10 repealed 14-2-3 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1947, ch. 130, § 3, providing a remedy for citizens who have been refused the right to inspect any public record, effective June 18, 1993.
