Sections 1 through 12 [13-4-31 to 13-4-42 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Subcontractors Fair Practices Act". History: Laws 1988, ch. 18, § 1. Meaning of "this act". — The term "this act" refers to Laws 1988, Chapter 18, §§ 1 to 12 of which appears as 13-4-31 to 13-4-42 NMSA 1978. Section 13 of Laws 1988, Chapter 18 appears as 13-4-43 NMSA 1978.
