A central purchasing office shall maintain, for a minimum of three years, all records relating to the award of a contract through a competitive sealed bid or competitive sealed proposal process. History: Laws 2013, ch. 40, § 7. Effective dates. — Laws 2013, ch. 40 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 2013, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
