"Responsive bid" means a bid which conforms in all material respects to the requirements set forth in the invitation for bids. Material respects of a bid include but are not limited to price, quality, quantity or delivery requirements. History: Laws 1984, ch. 65, § 57; 1987, ch. 348, § 1.
