ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1984, ch. 65, § 175, repealed 13-1-21.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1981, ch. 340, § 1, relating to public purchases of American-made motor vehicles, effective November 1, 1984.
