A business may be prequalified by a central purchasing office as a bidder or offeror for particular types of services, construction or items of tangible personal property. Mailing lists of potential bidders or offerors shall include but shall not be limited to such prequalified businesses. History: Laws 1984, ch. 65, § 107.
