The provisions of the Educational Facility Construction Manager At Risk Act [13-1-124.1 to 13-1-124.5 NMSA 1978] apply to contracts for the construction of educational facilities if the governing body chooses, pursuant to the provisions of that act, to use the services of a construction manager at risk. History: Laws 2007, ch. 141, § 4. Emergency clause. — Laws 2007, ch. 141, § 10 contained an emergency clause and was approved on April 2, 2007.
