This act [12-13B-1 to 12-13B-5 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "New Mexico-Sonora Commission Act". History: Laws 2009, ch. 108, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2009, ch. 108, § 6 made Laws 2009, ch. 108, § 1 effective July 1, 2009.
