As used in the New Mexico-Chihuahua Commission Act: A. "Chihuahua" means the state of Chihuahua, Mexico; and B. "commission" means the New Mexico-Chihuahua commission. History: Laws 2003, ch. 9, § 3. Effective dates. — Laws 2003, ch. 9, § 9 made Laws 2003, ch. 9, § 3 effective July 1, 2003.
