This act [12-13A-1 to 12-13A-6 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "New Mexico-Chihuahua Commission Act". History: Laws 2003, ch. 9, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2003, ch. 9, § 9 made Laws 2003, ch. 9, § 1 effective July 1, 2003.
