This act [12-12B-1 to 12-12B-4 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Emergency Gas Pilot Relighting Act". History: Laws 2011, ch. 104, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2011, ch. 104 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 17, 2011, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
