The Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act applies to volunteer health practitioners registered with a registration system that complies with Section 5 [12-12A-5 NMSA 1978] of that act and who provide health or veterinary services in this state for a host entity while an emergency declaration is in effect. History: Laws 2008, ch. 47, § 3. Effective dates. — Laws 2008, ch. 47, § 14 made the Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act effective July 1, 2008.
