This act [12-12A-1 to 12-12A-13 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act". History: Laws 2008, ch. 47, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2008, ch. 47, § 14 made the Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act effective July 1, 2008.
