ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1983, ch. 298, § 5, repealed 11-6-6.2 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1981 (S.S.), ch. 11, § 5, relating to grants of funds to political subdivisions for studies of the impact of mineral and energy development, effective April 7, 1983.
