ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1983, ch. 298, § 5, repealed 11-6-3.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1981, ch. 89, § 1, including carbon dioxide in the definition of mineral for the New Mexico Community Assistance Act, effective April 7, 1983.
