ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1994, ch. 132, § 31 repealed 11-3-2 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1967, ch. 196, § 2, relating to powers of authority in board of commissioners, appointment of board of authorities and terms, effective May 18, 1994.
