Chapter 10, Article 7B NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Group Benefits Act". History: Laws 1989, ch. 231, § 1; 2005, ch. 301, § 1; 2005, ch. 305, § 1. The 2005 amendment, effective July 1, 2005, added the statutory reference to the act. Laws 2005, ch. 301, § 1 enacted identical amendments to this section.
