Sections 1 through 10 [10-7A-1 to 10-7A-10 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Deferred Compensation Act". History: Laws 1981, ch. 155, § 1. Compiler's notes. — "Sections 1 through 10 of this act," referred to in this section, refers to Laws 1981, ch. 155, §§ 1 to 10, which are presently compiled as 10-7A-1, 10-7A-2, 10-7A-4 and 10-7A-6 to 10-7A-10 NMSA 1978.
