Sections 5 through 8 [10-16H-1 to 10-16H-4 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Public Employee Caregiver Leave Act". History: Laws 2019, ch. 177, § 5. Effective dates. — Laws 2019, ch. 177 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 2019, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
