This act [10-16E-1 to 10-16E-4 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "One-Stop Business Portal Act". History: Laws 2014, ch. 20, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2014, ch. 20 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 21, 2014, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
