Chapter 10, Article 16D NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Sunshine Portal Transparency Act". History: Laws 2010, ch. 34, § 1; 2011, ch. 13, § 1. The 2011 amendment, effective July 1, 2011, changed the statutory reference.
