Chapter 10, Article 16B NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Gift Act". History: Laws 2007, ch. 226, § 1; 2019, ch. 86, § 31. The 2019 amendment, effective January 1, 2020, changed "This act" to "Chapter 10, Article 16B NMSA 1978".
