Chapter 10, Article 16A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Financial Disclosure Act". History: Laws 1993, ch. 46, § 39; 2019, ch. 86, § 27. The 2019 amendment, effective January 1, 2020, changed "Section 39 through 45 of this act" to "Chapter 10, Article 16A NMSA 1978".
