New Mexico Code § 10-15-4

Any person violating any of the provisions of Section 10-15-1 or 10-15-2 NMSA 1978
is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more
than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense.
