Municipal police member coverage plan 2 is applicable to municipal police members whose affiliated public employer has adopted municipal police member coverage plan 2 for its municipal police officers. The affiliated public employer shall certify this adoption to the retirement board in the form prescribed by the retirement board. History: Laws 1987, ch. 253, § 62.
