ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 253, § 140, repealed 10-11-29.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by 1981, ch. 139, § 1, relating to cost of living increase authorization and procedure for adjustment, effective July 1, 1987.
