ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1980, ch. 13, § 6, and Laws 1980, ch. 43, § 6, repealed 1-8-62 NMSA 1978, relating to the certification of names of delegates to the credentials committees of national conventions by the secretary of state.
