Sections 1-8-10.1 through 1-8-52 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Primary Election Law". History: 1978 Comp., § 1-8-10.1, enacted by Laws 2023, ch. 39, § 45. Effective dates. — Laws 2023, ch. 39 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 16, 2023, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
