A court of competent jurisdiction of this state may issue an injunction or grant other equitable relief appropriate to ensure substantial compliance with, or enforce, the Uniform Military and Overseas Voters Act on application by: A. a federal qualified elector alleging a grievance under the Uniform Military and Overseas Voters Act; or B. an election official in this state. History: Laws 2015, ch. 145, § 39. Effective dates. — Laws 2015, ch. 145, § 103 made Laws 2015, ch. 145, § 39 effective July 1, 2015. Applicability. — Laws 2015, ch. 145, § 102 provided that the Uniform Military and Overseas Voters Act is applicable to any federal postcard application received as of the first day of the current election cycle.
