Repeals. — Laws 2011, ch. 137, § 110 repealed 1-4-14 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1969, ch. 240, § 70, relating to certificates of registration, voter identification cards and replacement of lost copies, effective July 1, 2011.
