ANNOTATIONS
Repeals. — Laws 1982 (3d S.S.), ch. 3, § 11, effective June 23, 1982, and Laws 1983, ch. 232,
§ 17, effective June 17, 1983, both repealed 1-15-17.1 NMSA 1978, which provided that the
provisions of Laws 1982 (2nd S.S.), ch. 4 would be repealed in the event that either Chapter 1
or Chapter 2 of Laws 1982 (2nd S.S.) were held unconstitutional by any court of competent
jurisdiction.
Laws 1982 (2nd S.S.), ch. 1, enacted former 2-7A-1 to 2-7A-79 NMSA 1978. Laws 1982 (2nd
S.S.), ch. 2, enacted former 2-8A-1 to 2-8A-52 NMSA 1978. Laws 1982 (2nd S.S.), ch. 4,
enacted 1-15-16 and former 1-15-17.1 NMSA 1978 and amended former 1-15-15 and 1-15-17
NMSA 1978.
Articles 7A and 8A of Chapter 2 NMSA 1978 were held unconstitutional in 1982.
