ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1989, ch. 259, § 3 repealed 1-12-14 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 124, § 9, relating to oral translation of affidavit for language minorities, effective June 16, 1989.
