58:27-22. Supersedure 4. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, a public entity may enter into a contract with a private firm or a public authority pursuant to P.L.1995, c.216 (C.58:27-19 et al.) for the provision of wastewater treatment services.
