58:14-34.5. Distribution of rentals The said annual rentals, exclusive of charges for maintenance, repairs and operations, paid by such lessees for the use of the intercepting sewer for any calendar year or portion of the same, shall be distributed proportionately among the contracting agencies according to their unused capacity in the intercepting sewer for such year.
