58:10A-33. Exemption The owner or operator of a facility equipped with a monitoring system who has obtained a permit for groundwater discharges pursuant to section 6 of P.L. 1977, c. 74 (C. 58:10A-6) is exempt from the requirements of section 9 of this act.
