58:10A-24.7 Guidelines, rules, regulations. 7. The Department of Environmental Protection shall, within 120 days of the effective date of this section, establish guidelines to implement the provisions of this act, and shall, within 180 days of the effective date of this section, establish rules and regulations for such implementation.
