58:10A-19. Confidentiality of information from manufacturer The commissioner shall hold confidential any information obtained pursuant to subsection b. of section 4 of this act when shown by any manufacturer that the information, if made public, would divulge competitive business information, methods or processes entitled to protection as trade secrets of the manufacturer.
