58:10-23.11i. Spill Compensation Fund The New Jersey Spill Compensation Fund is hereby established as a nonlapsing, revolving fund in the department to carry out the purposes of this act. The fund shall be credited with all taxes and penalties related to this act. Interest received on moneys in the fund shall be credited to the fund. L. 1976, c. 141, s. 10.
